ISO 9001: 2008 Overview – Understanding the Basics
This 1-day class offers a cost-effective way to help company employees understand the requirements of an ISO 9001 Certified company.  (This class content is also covered in day 1 of the 2-day internal auditor courses.

Internal Auditor Courses
These 2-day courses cover the basic requirements of the ISO Standards and what is needed to conduct an audit of your own company’s management system.  Choose from:
ISO 9001: 2008 – Quality Management 
ISO 13485 – Medical Device Management 
ISO 14001 – Environmental Management 

Lead Auditor Courses (RABQSA-Certified)
These 4-day courses are certified by RABQSA and meet the training portion of the requirements for certification of individual QMS Lead Auditors. Courses include an explanation of the ISO Standard and audit systems, the auditing process and audit instruments, and the documentation requirements.  Students develop their skills by a thorough review of the applicable standard and by conducting two audits, writing the audit reports, and requesting corrective action. Auditing case studies are used to develop skills for identifying non-conformance. Choose from:
